CARC provides the opportunity for eligible employees to participate in a major medical health insurance plan. Participation is voluntary for full time Central Office, Child Development Services, Residential, Vocational and Work Activity employees who have been employed at least ninety days. A portion of the major medical premium is paid by CARC. The employee portion is deducted in equal amounts from each payroll.
