CARC provides the opportunity for eligible employees to participate in a major medical health insurance plan. Participation is voluntary for full time Central Office, Residential, Vocational and Work Activity employees who have been employed at least sixty days. A portion of the major medical premium is paid by CARC. The employee portion is deducted in equal amounts from each payroll.

CARC provides term life insurance on each eligible full time employee.
